All materials change with time. Silver will develop a natural dark grey patina and brass becomes a deep bronze. While our brass pieces are lacquered to prevent tarnishing, this will inevitably happen. We embrace the natural beauty of these changes, but if a shiny finish is desired, it can easily be maintained by cleaning pieces periodically with a jewelry polishing cloth and keeping away from water and lotions. Store pieces in a dry, air tight place such as a zip lock bag. Please allow for minor differences due to the nature of handmade work.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped. Please allow up to two weeks all orders. International orders will require additional handling time due to destination countries customs and duties.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 14 business days of shipping date. Returns will be processed for exchange or for credit. We are not responsible for return shipping fees.
